Fernanda Stucken
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT
Originally from New York, I relocated to the Tampa area in 2012. Shortly after my move, I began my career in real estate, representing buyers and sellers across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.
I am happily married to my husband of 26 years, a retired First Sergeant of the U.S. Marine Corps, and a retired Police Officer. We have two wonderful children: a daughter who is an elementary school teacher, and a son who just received his Bachelor's degree in Medical Studies at Florida State University.
With a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and over two decades of experience in sales, I bring extensive, expertise, in top-level management, marketing, customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
I have been a Real Estate Agent for over 10 years and recently joined the Miriam Hurtado Real Estate Group as a Co-Manager and Mentor. I genuinely believe this innovative Real Estate company operates with integrity, transparency, professionalism, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
The majority of my business is driven by past clients and referrals. Many of my former clients remain friends, and I am convinced, that people come into our lives for a reason. Allow me the privilege, to be part of, one of the most significant events in your life: buying or selling a home.
The success of my career, as a Real Estate professional, has been built on relationships.
